Ever since I was young I’ve always been into sports. I participated in competitive cheerleading for almost 10 years, when I was forced to quit at the age of 15 due to a lower back injury. At this moment I knew I had to find a way to stay active as it has always been part of me. I signed up to a small local gym, consistently strived to educate myself and rapidly developed a passion for fitness. This is where it all started.
Fast forward 9 years later, I’ve been a full time personal trainer for 2 years, part-time for 2 years prior juggling through 3 jobs, did 2 fitness competitions, completed 5 certifications (3 of them with the World Renown coach Charles Poliquin), helped many clients achieve their goals and completely change their way of living.
