4-6 weeks training program tailored to your needs and objective.
Cardio protocol is included.
It is suggested to renew monthly for optimal results.
1h session where we go over each exercise and functioning of your training program.
Demonstration are only available at my private studio in Laval.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDE / MEAL PLAN
A complete nutritional structure tailored to your objective, needs and restrictions. A long with this service you will receive a complete food map allowing you to vary your nutrient options to ensure a healthy relationship with food. This service is included with 1 follow-up where all adjustments & modifications of the diet are included (2 weeks later).
Based on the clients follow ups information and progress, I will adjust the diet, cardio & supplement protocol for continuous progression. Follow ups are scheduled in advance together and are done via the client’s profile on Fitlog. For every followup you are required to upload recent photos, weight and questionnaire into your profile. Follow ups are suggested every 2-4 weeks to ensure the client has continuous progress. This way we keep contact and do modifications on your services.
1 - 1 PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
(Location: Private Studio in Laval)
1h session where I help and guide you through the pursuit of your objectives. Wether you are looking to gain confidence, knowledge or motivation to go to the gym, private training sessions are always a great investment when it comes to your health journey. Service is paid prior to session before Sunday 19h to reserve your appointment.
SEMI-PRIVATE / GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Group trainings of 2 people or more. You can create your own group with friends and family OR you can join one of my existing groups. Simply contact me to know the semi private availabilities I currently have.
Full assessment of your objectives, needs and wants. Overview of training history, eating habits & restrictions.
Complete opening of the client's profile via the training platform Fitlog.
