NUTRITIONAL GUIDE / MEAL PLAN

A complete nutritional structure tailored to your objective, needs and restrictions. A long with this service you will receive a complete food map allowing you to vary your nutrient options to ensure a healthy relationship with food. Bi-weekly followups are greatly suggested along with this service to allow us to track your progression and make the necessary adjustments through time to ensure results.

FOLLOW UPS

Based on your follow-ups information and progress, I will adjust the diet, cardio & supplement protocol for continuous progression. Follow ups are scheduled in advance together and are done via the client’s profile on Fitlog. For every follow-up you are required to upload recent photos, weight and answered questionnaire into your profile. Follow-ups are suggested every 2-4 weeks to ensure a continuous progress. This way we keep contact and do the necessary modifications on your services.

1 - 1 PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

(Location: Private Studio in Laval)

 

1h session where I help and guide you through the pursuit of your objectives. Wether you are looking to gain confidence, knowledge or motivation to go to the gym, private training sessions are always a great investment when it comes to your health journey. Service is paid prior to session before Sunday 19h to reserve your appointment.

SEMI-PRIVATE / GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Group trainings of 2 people or more. You can create your own group with friends and family OR you can join one of my existing groups. Simply contact me to know the semi private availabilities I currently have.

CONSULTATION

Full assessment of your objectives, needs and wants. Overview of training history, eating habits & restrictions.

Complete opening of the client's profile via the training platform Fitlog.
